In accordance with applicable Pakistani Laws and regulations overseeing the fair use of customer data and the right to request a data deletion request, Bayked will be responsible for completely deleting the users’ data within the ninety (90) days of such request being raised with Bayked as outlined below.

Bayked will delete account data at the request of a customer at any time. Additionally, Bayked will delete account data post-termination of their Bayked account, in accordance with our data retention policies. In order to request data deletion, you must send us an email at care@bayked.co from your registered email address with the request.

Upon receipt of the request, our team will confirm that the request has been received, and may reach out for additional confirmation, as necessary, to assure the validity of the request.

Please be advised that once your Bayked account data has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
